What this service is

KarmaEdge.AI publishes sports analytics: model projections, market comparisons and research context for football games and player markets. It is information, not advice, and not a recommendation to place any wager.

KarmaEdge.AI is not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, broker or settle wagers, we do not hold customer funds for betting, and we are not affiliated with any sportsbook. Where the service shows a line or price, it is reporting what a market published.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age to use this service in your jurisdiction and at least 18 years old in every case. Where you use our information in connection with real-money wagering, the minimum age is whatever your jurisdiction sets, which is commonly 21.

Sports wagering is restricted or prohibited in many places. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you are. Access to this service is not a statement that wagering is legal for you.

Your account

Give accurate registration details and keep your password secure. An account is for one person; do not share credentials or resell access. Tell us promptly at support@karmaedge.ai if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we are able to.

Email from us

We send the email your account needs, such as verifying your address and resetting your password.

We send product updates and offers only if you have opted in to them. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your account or your subscription. The Privacy Policy names the services that send our email.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are entered with Stripe and are never received or stored by this application.

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods except where the law requires it, and we will honour refund rights that apply to you by law.

If a price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it takes effect.

How you may use what we publish

You may use our output for your own personal analysis and decisions. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, syndicate or build a competing product from it, and you may not scrape, bulk-download or automate access to it.

Much of the underlying data reaches us under licences that permit us to display it and do not permit onward distribution. Passing it on would breach those licences as well as these terms.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, evidence gates, rate limits or paywalls, or to reverse engineer the models.

Availability, data sources and withheld output

The service depends on third-party sports data. That data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and providers can change or withdraw it. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted.

When our evidence checks do not pass for a game or market, we withhold the output and say so rather than publishing a number we cannot stand behind. A game showing as unavailable is the system working as intended, not a fault, and is not grounds for a refund.

No guarantees

No projection, probability, rating or research note is a guarantee. Sports outcomes are uncertain and our models are wrong regularly, by design and in practice.

Past performance does not predict future results. Any record, accuracy figure or historical result we publish describes what already happened and says nothing about what will happen next.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including any money you risk.

Intellectual property

The site, its models, its copy and its presentation belong to KarmaEdge.AI or its licensors. Using the service does not transfer any of those rights to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from any inaccuracy in the information it presents.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes and termination

We may change the service or these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will give notice, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time by contacting support@karmaedge.ai.
